I avoided hearing aids much longer than I should have. My loss was not profound, but it had started to annoy friends and family, and finally I realized that I was missing a lot. In my business, that's not good. Once I decided to correct things, I was baffled by the selections, and features, and wide swings in pricing. Sound Audiology was a lucky find. The professionals there didn't know if I would be their client, or head off to a superstore, or purchase on-line. It didn't matter; they took all the time I needed and answered all the questions I asked. In the end, I didn't care if they were the least expensive, (they may have been) or the closest; the professional experience I had convinced me to choose them.
